Hewlett-Packard issued a recall on their facsimile models sold between 2002 and 2004:
■ HP 10-10
■ HP 1010 XI
More than 360,000 models have been recalled. Two reports state that the fax machines overheat and pose the potential risk of fire. Although, no fatal injuries have been reported, consumers are asked to disconnect the devices, and visit the HP web site at www.HP.com for more information or call Hewlett-Packard's rebate center at 888.654.9296.
