The Consumer Journal Solves Consumer Issues

TAGS: consumer information, consumer news, consumer complaints, consumer reports

As the Consumer Journal celebrates two years of reporting information for the American consumer, we welcome our readers to send us your comments regarding national merchants and popular brand names. To express our appreciation, we invite you to post  both positive and negative feedback.

In cases where an organization neglected to provide professional customer service, The Consumer Journal is launching a program called,  "Consumer's Strike Back." The initiative is designed to:

● Create consumer awareness regarding inept  consumer service
● Offer merchants a chance to resolve the issue
● Make company's accountable while simultaneously improving customer satisfaction
● Act as a liaison between corporations and consumers

In commemoration of our second year anniversary, the Consumer Journal also dubbed as Alerts For Consumers offers readers the chance to email us or post any problems with merchants. In return, we will do our best to solve your problem.

If you should have any questions, complaints, or editorial recommendations, please send your questions or consumer issues to fruitionMedia at gmail.com.

In the interim, we thank you for your readership.
