Chicago Restaurant Review: Gibson's Steakhouse
Categories: Chicago restaurant review, Gibson's Steakhouse
One of oldest and most affluent traditions in Chicago dining remains an authentic stable. Gibson Steak House [1028 North Rush Street, Chicago, IL 60618] perfectly situated across the street from, the Sutton Hotel on Chicago's Rush Street, is where the who's who can be found enjoying a succulent porterhouse cooked to their discerning specifications.
It'sa place to potentially hob-knob with likes of Vince Vaughn, Brian Urlacher, Christie Hefner to name a few or just run into on one’s way to the powder room. As for the service, it's always professional, efficient and served at your pace. As for the seating, rooms feature everything from booths to create a little intimacy to tables particularly appointed to capture the scene.
One thing for sure, Gibson's is not for the food-faint at heart. Between the gargantuan steaks and the terantersaurus sized cakes, satisfaction is served in abundance at this Chicago classic.
