Chew Gum, Lose Weight
Categories: Weight loss, gum, dieting, appetite suppressant, chewing gum
If British researchers are accurate in their discoveries, a new chewing gum will potentially alleviate the urge to splurge. Working as an appetite suppressant, the gum promotes weight loss.
If lab tests prove successful, this new wonder gum should make it to America within the next three years. So far, preliminary clinical evaluations have rendered the following findings:
• Volunteering participants have reduced their food intake up to 20 percent
• In laboratory mice, merely of 15 percent body weight was lost in one week's time.
If the new drugs is found effective in weight loss, it could become available via injection or even as as a nasal spray.
